We are the only psychological report writing company in the U.S. for school districts. We write for private practices and school districts in the U.S. and Australia. We write the following types of reports:

We sign a HIPAA agreement with your district. Our portal, where all data is housed and reports are written, is HIPAA-compliant. The reports are written live on the portal and do not leave the portal until they are downloaded by you (the district).

Your district school psychologist is the sole author of the report. Your district school psychologist determines eligibility.

Just name your deadline, and we can meet it. We generally ask for a l-week window for large volumes of reports. There is no minimum or maximum to the number of reports you can send!

Submit your report order with test scores, behavioral observations, referral information, rating scales, and any other data through our HIPAA-compliant portal. We use your template to draft the report with the data provided and write according to your writing style and preferences.

We pride ourselves on writing legally defensible reports that will and have held up in court. We began writing for neuropsychologists and forensic psychologists, where our reports were often used in the courtroom.

High quality, accurate reports are our priority. The report is first drafted by our school psychologist,  then  edited  by  our lead  school/clinical psychologist,  and then  ultimately,  the report goes through  one more final edit by  your district school psychologist, which should take 30 mins or less.

•    Our psychs do not take vacations- we write over winter break, spring break, etc. Submit reports before break and have them completed upon your return.
